1. Overview

At NSS Laptop Parts, we strive to deliver quality products and complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You raise a return request within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and labels are intact

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of physical damage, burn marks, or tampering

  • The item was purchased by mistake or is no longer needed

  • The product has been used, installed, or altered

  • The return is requested after 7 days of delivery

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@nsslaptopparts.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if damaged or defective).

  2. Our support team will verify the issue and guide you through the return process.

  3. If approved, you will be instructed to ship the product to our return address.

Note: Return shipping charges may apply in some cases, unless the fault is from our end.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • In case a replacement is not available, we may issue a full or partial refund, depending on the condition and claim.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us at support@nsslaptopparts.in.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process once delivered.
